Boesemani Rainbowfish (Live Fish)

Boesemani Rainbowfish are one of the most visually spectacular freshwater fish available, displaying a stunning two-tone colouration — a vivid blue-purple head transitioning into a brilliant orange-yellow rear. Native to the Vogelkop Peninsula of West Papua, Indonesia, they thrive in well-planted aquariums with open swimming space.

Active and peaceful, they are best kept in groups of six or more to encourage their natural schooling behaviour and bring out their most vibrant colours. They prefer slightly hard, alkaline water and do well with a varied diet of quality flake, frozen, and live foods.
