At KeepingFishSimple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility Window: You must request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products (e.g., fish food or supplements).
How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
