Live fish and other livestock are shipped separately from our standard dry goods and plant shipping rates.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value and delivery location, with reduced shipping rates available on larger livestock orders.

Free shipping promotions for dry goods and plants do not apply to live fish or livestock unless specifically stated.

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days, subject to stock availability and unforeseen delays.

Around 95% of weekday orders are dispatched the next business day.

Most Australian orders arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping service used.
