NQ Algae Eating Shrimp (Live Shrimp)

NQ Algae Eating Shrimp are active freshwater shrimp valued for their natural algae-grazing and scavenging behaviour. They spend much of their time exploring aquarium surfaces, plants, rocks, and décor in search of algae, biofilm, and leftover food, making them a useful addition to established freshwater aquariums.

They thrive in mature, well-maintained aquariums with stable water quality, plenty of surfaces to graze, and hiding places such as plants, moss, and driftwood. Supplement their natural diet with quality shrimp foods, algae wafers, and blanched vegetables when additional food is required.
