Delhezi Bichir - 12cm (Polypterus delhezi) (Live Fish)

Delhezi Bichirs (Polypterus delhezi) are striking prehistoric freshwater fish, recognised for their bold vertical banding and inquisitive personality. Hardy and full of character, they make an impressive centrepiece for larger aquariums and are a favourite among oddball fish keepers.

They thrive in spacious aquariums with secure lids, as they are excellent escape artists. Provide plenty of hiding places, subdued lighting, and a varied diet of quality sinking pellets, frozen foods, and meaty treats.
