They thrive in well-maintained aquariums with stable water quality, gentle to moderate water flow, plenty of plants, driftwood, and open swimming space. Best kept in groups, they display their natural schooling behaviour and develop their strongest colour as they mature. Feed a varied diet of quality pellets, flakes, frozen, and live foods.
