Albino Dragon Blood Peacock Cichlids (Aulonocara sp.) are striking African cichlids admired for their bright albino appearance, vivid red-orange colouration, and attractive flowing finnage. Their bold colours and graceful swimming style make them a beautiful feature fish for dedicated Lake Malawi aquariums.

They thrive in well-maintained aquariums with stable, hard, alkaline water, strong filtration, good oxygenation, and plenty of open swimming space. Rockwork and caves provide shelter and help create natural territories. Although generally less aggressive than many mbuna, males can become territorial, particularly when displaying or breeding, so suitable tankmates and adequate space are important.

Feed a varied diet of quality peacock cichlid pellets and flakes, supplemented with suitable frozen and live foods. Avoid overfeeding and maintain excellent water quality to support their colour and condition.
